Bought these to replace broken ones. Where they work great but not so easy to install. Watch the whole video it really helps!

Holds it up but if I push the button it doesn’t really spring up on my 2013 Scion tC. I actually have resistance like it wants to stay closed. I have to push up and get it about half way in order for it to pop up on its own.

Very good price, replaced my blown out struts with super strong actuation. You definitely SHOULD replace these with another person, even if you think you can do it alone. Not worth the risk to do it alone. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of these.

Easy product to install if you have a friend to help. Mainly to hold the trunk up. If you don't I suggest using something to hold it up. Other than that the instructions are quite straight forward.

My Scion Tc’s struts went out and the hatch is super heavy especially since I have aluminum louvers. These hold up everything and still make the hatch super light to lift up.
