This particular link allows you to select to either purchase 1 jar of Organic Nipple Balm (called Cream here) OR 1 jar of Organic Nipple Balm + 1 tube of Lanolin Nipple Cream. Directly beneath the price, you'll find an area called "Style" that will show you which one you've added to cart. There are two options: Cream Only (1 jar Organic Nipple Balm) or Cream and Balm (1 jar Organic Nipple Balm + 1 tube Lanolin Nipple Cream). The picture in your cart will show the option as well.
