World of Warcraft Series 1 Valeera Sanguinar Blood Elf Rogue Action Figure

Valeera is so cool - in fact, she's my favorite of this series of WoW action figures. (I have all of them, because I'm a big WoW-geek.) She's got a lot of great detailing on her outfit, like the "jewel" insets and ripples in her cloak. She even has a few thin bloodied cuts on her legs, as if she's in the middle of a big fight (which she is, if you refer to the artwork on which this pose is based). I gave her 4 out of 5 stars for durability, because she was unbalanced enough that she fell off my bookcase and one of the clear plastic discs on her feet cracked off, but she's as good as new with a dab of Krazy Glue.I'm not sure why the previous reviewer thought she was poor-quality - although she's not the Most Amazing action figure I've ever seen, she still looks great and has much more energy and motion in her pose/hair/clothing than many other female action figures I own.She's described as an "action figure", but she's not very articulated. Personally, I have no problem with this because I'm not playing with her - I'm displaying her. I suppose a young child could find her lack of movement irritating, but I'm going to take a wild guess that 99.9% of the Valeera action figures are being purchased by adult WoW fans, not for little kids.Overall, Valeera rocks. I just wish Blizzard would make more cool female action figures!

Looks nice with the rest of my collection. It's a little top heavy so you have to make sure it is very level.

I bought this in June 2010, along with  World of Warcraft Series 5: Night Elf Hunter: Alathena Moonbreeze with Sorna Action Figure  and  World of Warcraft Series 3 Draenei Mage Action Figure . All are still in perfect condition, save for Tamuura's sword; but that apparently is a common problem.Other than the one I mentioned above, I have not had a single issue with ANY of these figures. None of them have fallen, and none have broken. I bought a sturdy bookshelf specifically for them. They will only fall if someone knocks the shelf around, never on their own.I can see that her details aren't near as refined as the rest, but then again I am comparing her with the later series; Given that she was one of the first made, I can understand it. This is still a beautiful figure that is worth buying for any collector.

In the pictures for this product, the action figure looks like she will fit nicely with the others. Really neat pose, awesomely detailed weapons, and very visually stunning.Overall, the figure received was what is in the photos. However, the weapon broke not too long into ownership, and this figure does not stand very well on it's own. I usually have to balance it by leaning it up against other figures to keep it upright.It's possible that a later run of this figure fixed some of these issues, but when I purchased this 5 years ago, I was a little disappointed in the wake of the other excellent figures.

Not a good carry over from the comic book. Her paint was shoddy even for the cuts on her legs. Thankfully the latter series look better.

This one is hard to come by. It's from the Series 1 collection. Originally you could get this for around $20. Now I see them going for $80. This is a good addition to any World of Warcraft action figure collection.

Das ich mir die Figur gekauft habe, ist nun schon eine Weile zurück, dennoch erfreue ich mich als Sammler noch heute an ihr. Der Preis ist teilweise in utopische Höhen gerückt, nachdem die Figuren oftmals nicht mehr neu Verfügbar sind, da diese nicht mehr neu hergestellt werden.Das einzige Problem ist die Standfestigkeit der Figur durch die Anordnung der Beine an denen sich noch einmal Klarsicht-Plätchen zum besseren Stand der Figur in dieser Action-Pose befinden. Leider ist dies nicht so schön gelöst, sodass es manchmal echt störend ist, sie Figur sauber und vernünftig aufzustellen.Ansonsten für Sammler der Figuren aus der Warcraft-Lore immer noch ein empfehlenswertes Sammlerstück und als solches für mich immer noch empfehlenswert, da es sich hier auch aktuell um die einzige Figur dieses Charakters handelt.

Size

Die Figur ist deutlich früher als erwartet (auch von Amazon aus) angekommen. Die Figur macht soweit einen guten Eindruck, bisauf die rechte Schulter. Die "Schulterstücke", das Stück fliegt im Karton herum bzw in der Verpackung und da ich ungern die OVP öffnen möchte, gehe ich davon aus, das sie beschädigt ist. Von der Qualität her könnte der Preis ein wenig günstiger sein aber es ist tragbar. Im großen und ganzen genau das, was jeder Fan-Sammler haben sollte.
