Pretty good!
I originally started buying restaurant no-slip shoes when I started working fast food years ago, and ended up just buying the same ones as time went on regardless of occupation. I bought these in July 2019, and in the last couple months they've begun to show just how worn they really are. They have lasted me quite a long time, but I also tend to wear a variety of shoes. I did UberEats with these shoes so there were times I was pretty active and on my feet. They do tend to lose support after a bit so I invested in some inserts to help with arch support. Overall? I think they're pretty good. I don't use them as rigorously as a lot of purchasers, but I do like them.

Prefect work shoes
I am so excited to received my shoes today. It really a great looking work shoes and fit is nice, very comfortable and fit perfect. It is label as genuine leather, memory foam cool fit, lock step outsole, slip resistant, oil resistant, and it has microbe shield help control odor. Yes it does I have been wearing for 3 weeks now I noticed no smell when i took my shoes off. My feet barely sweat after wearing for 8 hours. Unlike other type of shoes. I received many compliments at work. 👍 great purchased.

nice sneaker, but...
This sneaker has gone a few rounds with me. First, size 8 (which is my size) was so small it hurt my feet. Second, size 8.5 was also too small. I finally went with 9.5 ( since no 9s were available) and it was too big. It's a struggle to get the fit right. Nice sneaker, though.

Great for preschool teacher w/custom orthodics
I've bought 4 pairs of these. I am a preschool teacher and am on my feet most of the day. I also tend to be fairly active, chasing kids, etc. These are not too hot and comfortable. I appreciate the all black because it goes with most things (and I tend to wear a lot of black anyhow). I cannot speak to the support issue because I wear custom orthodics. They do wear out, but according to people I've talked to in shoe stores, more expensive shoes would do so on the same schedule if I wore them every day like I do these.

Very uncomfortable
I'm a waitress and spend a good 8+ hours a day on my feet. I go through a pair of work shoes a year, and it was that time to buy a new pair. I've always gone to the local Kmart and got a pair of non-slips for $30, nothing fancy, but they were comfortable enough and did the job. Now that Kmart is gone, I've resorted to online shopping for work shoes. These Dr. Scholl's sounded promising, and I figured if nothing else, they'd be comfortable.... First few days were rough, and I ended up buying supportive insoles because the shoes have no support. Then over the following week or two, I've been getting blisters on my heels and toe pain. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they just needed to break it, but it seems the only thing breaking in are my feet. These are going in the trash, and I'm moving on to something hopefully more comfortable and supportive.

Very comfortable
I am a server on my feet anywhere from 6-12 hours every shift. These are by FAR the most comfortable nonslips I’ve purchased in years. Was nervous about wearing them for the first time- as most shoes aren’t that comfortable until you break them in. Was not an issue whatsoever. They’re nothing extraordinary as far as a better nonslip sneaker itself or crazy arch support but they are insanely light, plushy, and my feet do not hurt nearly as bad after my shift. Also enjoy that they don’t look as much like old lady sneakers as some of the other options. Well worth the money and highly recommend!

Comfy shoes are a must
I have a hard time finding shoes that fit as most places these days have shoes that start at 6 or 6 1/2 and I usually wear a 5 1/2. I took a chance on getting these in size 6 (the smallest they came in) because I really needed new walkers. They are very comfy and fit well even with my heavier socks. I did notice that the toe area is wider than my previous shoes, not really a problem--just a comment. I don't have a high arch, so these are just right. So far using them for running errands, etc they are comfortable and my feet don't get tired or achy.
