Love it!
I have some shorts with wrinkled hems that no amount of ironing would correct. I just used the Vitessa iron on high steam, high heat, and the wrinkles disappeared with virtually no pressure. I love this iron! The retractable cord is a nice plus.

Great Performance, Minor Flaws
This iron heats up quickly and does a great job smoothing out wrinkles. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and glides effortlessly over fabric. Clothes look crisp with minimal effort.That said, the cord is a bit too short, which makes it tricky to use if your outlet isn’t close by. I also noticed a small amount of water leakage when it's upright—not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning.Still, overall a solid iron that gets the job done well. Just wish the design was a bit more practical.

Know before ordering if what you buy comes directly from Amazon or from a partner
The retractable wire does not retract properly, and because of that, you drag it while trying to iron.I had used the iron twice when that happened. I got in touch with Amazon thinking I would return it, but Amazon had used a dealer for this iron. They asked me to cut the wire so that the number on the prong would show when a take a pic of it and they asked me to pay for the return. I refused to pay for a product that was deficient. They agreed then to let me not pay for the return. (Then I discovered that Amazon had written that the return is free with this iron!) I had to take pics of the didn't know how to do, took me a looooooooong time to learn) and then send the pics to them. They told me I have to wait 7 to 14 days for the new iron to arrive at my door. I am not sure the same problem will happen again with the same brand of iron. With Amazon in charge, I would have returned the iron and gotten a different model or brand.

The water area is BLACK, can’t see the water level
First you absolutely cannot see how much water you are adding. Why make the fill area BLACK??? So you can’t see the water level??? How about clear???? Next I have never ever had an iron fall off the ironing board. This is pretty light which is nice. Except how did it fall over??? Does not seem that hot even on high. Not much steam coming out. Of course I can’t see how much water I have in there. Even holding up to bright light or using a flashlight like B & D suggested. If you need to work that hard to see a water level is worth it? I filled it more thinking more steam would come out and then all of a sudden water was leaking everywhere so I guess it was too much. But again, how would you know? This is the first time I’ve used the iron and I’m not sure I’m going to keep it. I’ll update Either way.
