iRecovery USB Stick for iPhone (iOS 7 and earlier)

First off the installation was very easy. Now as far as my overall feelings about this device, it SUCKS!! Once it booted up, it would not retrieve anything from my phone, contacts, deleted phone calls, deleted text messages nothing!! And only due to my hectic work schedule I was not able to put forth the effort to retrieve a refund. So it was a waste of a hundred plus dollars from me!!! and as a result of this device I have gone back to Android and got rid of my Apple device.

item will not open to start the recovery process. there is no costumer support at all I tried for 12 hours with no help. the add said very easy to use not computer expert.

Followed directions to a T absolutely does not work.
