I've had one since 2013 and it is so handy for getting toolboxes or luggage in and out as I also have a large camper top on my Dodge RAM 2500. Make sure to put one or two 2"x4"s flat to support the center if loading sheetrock (any 4' x 8' sheets) and remove the side hooks since they will rest on the raised side rails. I've gotten many compliments...especially from others about to help me load something!

It was fairly easy to install. Only installation issue was the need for a couple of different bolts. The best part is it works as advertised. It makes loading and unloading my pickup an easy job.

90% dislike1) The whole thing tilts up, big time.. I know they say because of the weight. But it makes it useless. If u always carrying 2k lb. pallets may be ok.2) Without anything on it is super hard to pull it out. Have not loaded with anything heavy yet. I cant imagine how hard it will be to pull it out loaded?

Very convenient and slides nice. Only complaint is the chinsy side and rear panels. Probably going to take them off! Make some out of ply wood maybe. The bolts that hold them together got rusty after 2 days too!

The one pictured is actually the discontinued model than ended 3 years ago. I ordered and took a chance that it might be the older model with flimsy sides. I got the newest model at this great price. The only difference old to new is the deck on the new model is composite material old model was plywood with rubber top. Also the railings on new model are channel aluminum. Much stiffer and works with bedslides accessories. Old model will not. Great price on this HD slide.

Purchased this direct from bedslide. Looked good at first, nice composite deck. Unfortunately it only lasted four months before it started to fall apart… the side boxes that they have were mounted with flimsy brackets and the tie downs are ALL plastic. I pulled three of the four off while hauling some small equipment on the slide. Load has to be centered or evenly distributed or the bearings bind. Not sure how this got so many good reviews, I guess everyone else hauls pillows instead of real gear because this is NOT a durable accessory. Mine was returned for a refund. Pictures are the passenger side rail that has come apart from the deck after hauling five 80lb bags of concrete mix. If you use your truck do not buy this bedslide.
