Not enough connectors
The board was fine and worked like it should. It did not come with enough connectors for the board. They offer products to make it while at a reasonable price. 9/10

Works great, very easy to set up
When you need to use custom buttons (maybe for a color EG doesn't have in their kits), this is the way to go. Comes with the board and all of the wiring you need, and it's very easy to set up and even incorporate LED buttons if you want. Works like a champ, very responsive, no complaints.

Does not play well with KVM
I used a KVM to switch between a MiSTer and RetroPie. The encoders would loose connection when switching to RetroPie. MiSTer was pretty solid. Without KVM works fine on RetroPie.
