Delicious and convenient!
I started using these in Hello Fresh boxes and realized how convenient they are compared to using the jars of stock concentrate, which require refrigeration. The packets are just enough to provide a delicious uuumph to dishes, where I am making a roux. I used a couple in a red beans and sausage dish I made the other day and I wanted the sauce to thicken, so I put two chicken and two vegetable packets and it made the sauce very rich tasting.

No protein?
Somehow the chicken flavor savory reduced sodium broth packets don’t have any protein value but the veggie broth packets do? Confused. These have great flavor and low sodium. I’d love them more if they had some nutritional value. I will buy them again for making soups, broth, various recipes.

These are nice because you can use as much as you need so you waste less. The taste is superior to bullion cubes and broth.
