Your delivery was prompt and the person who came to put the bike together was great
I order this bike for my ailing brother and made sure I bought him a sturdy bike and a high back seat so he would becomfortable doing his routine for his legs. My brother loves the bike and enjoys being on it as he fells safe and secureit will hold his weight.

Bad purchase and poor item- Need to pay membership fee monthly after i purchase- Terrible deal
I made a biggest mistake in this deal. After i purchase this item, the same item was sold in Walmart for 100 dollar less than Amazon. What a bad deal?.

iFit Issue locks manual users out
The iFit feature doesn't allow a new owner to use the control pad without signing up for a free trail that requires a credit card. The Owner's Manual doesn't explain how to use the control panel in manual mode and by-pass the iFit subscription. We signed up for iFit, but never got the service to work on our control panel. We forgot to cancel and got stuck with the first month's subscription fee. What a waist of money. We couldn't get the control panel to work in manual mode until we found a fix searching for similar issues experienced by owners on-line. The solution: Press the iFit button for 20 seconds and the control panel resets so that it can be used in manual mode. Why didn't Gold's Gym put that instruction in it's manual. Customer service just wants you to subscribe to iFit, but I don't want that service. It seems like a rip-off.

Nice bike, but you might need to put $15 and some time into it to make it quiet. (pre-failed idler pulley bearing issue)
Overall a good exercise bike but Golds Gym 400ri, Sears Pro form, whoever is making these things, seems to be shooting themselves in the foot ( and as a result the customer also.)They over tightened the belt from the factory in my case. This puts the idler pulley bearing under enormous pressure while it is sitting in the box waiting for you to buy it. The result of this is a dented/failed bearing race. The symptom is a clicking noise while pedaling. The manufacturer might want to have the end user tighten the belt after purchase to avoid failed bearings all the time. It is not good practice to put a bunch of pressure on a roller bearing and have it sit for extended periods of time. It's like $15 bucks to replace the part, but I shouldn't have to do this the day I buy the thing.

Looks Good
The seat could have been a little bit bigger and closer . They should give better directions on how to use the bike with the display, with the IFIT. hARD TO TURN PEDDLES.

Poor quality
Bought in March. The pedal stripped out by August and I didn’t even ride it every day. Don’t buy this. Not very quiet either!
