Update: I was issued a full refund. Customer service was impeccable.Macadamia nuts were spoiled. They were bitter and not much cinnamon on them. Extremely disappointing. I really wanted to like them. I was very excited to purchase these. I waited a long time saving up money to purchase them, because they are very expensive. Don’t waste your money, if this is an example of this companies product. They aren’t worth the money or time.

Can’t win them all!According to Amazon, I have purchased this macadamia/cinnamon snack 10 times in the past and every time it has been absolutely delicious. We do not order them regularly usually as a holiday or a special occasion treat … Unfortunately, we just ordered a box that was delivered two days ago and the box came very crushed, but the worst part is the nuts in the sealed bag taste rancid and stale and rubbery. They were absolutely terrible! I don’t have the expiration date as we had thrown away the crushed box when we got it, but I am assuming (or wishful thinking) that they had not reached their expiration date. I have put in a refund request with Amazon and I hope it is fulfilled and I am hoping this is just a rare event and that the granola bakery is still making the quality keto snacks that we have been enjoying for years now. I will update this review when I have more information. But as of right now, my keto crunch cinnamon macadamia nuts are in the trash. … Update on my recent review… as I said I contacted Amazon and I’m very happy with their customer service. They issued me a full refund via Amazon gift card for the purchase price of the macadamia nuts so I am very happy to report that I did not lose any money. I do love these macadamia nuts and I am willing to give them another try as I have always had wonderful tasting results. Thank you Amazon for standing behind the products you sell.

I bought some cinnamon-coated macadamia nuts while in Hawaii and really liked them so I thought I'd try getting more after I got home. Unfortunately, these do not match my previous experience. They are not bad but there's very little cinnamon flavor evident (the ones I got on Oahu had a definite cinnamon flavor). Maybe that was because the ones I got on Oahu were fresher? I don't know. Anyway, I'll finish these but I doubt I'll be re-ordering this brand. I'll try going directly to the source next time, since I found very few offers of cinnamon-flavored macadamia nuts on Amazon.

These are delicious! Perfect for the little sweet craving, and healthy.

These are great but I used to purchase the individual small bags to control how much I ate - can't seem to get the individual bags anymore though.
