This one is a little tricky to brew. It brews best using the Chinese ‘gong fu” method; multiple, short brewings. The water should be a bit cooler than boiling, and you’ll need a gaiwan or small Chinese tea pot. But it’s worth the effort.

Outstanding Tea
This is a beautiful oolong. It is strong, Flavourful, Slightly fruity and nutty. Reminds of a tea I found years ago and have been unable to locate anything comparable until now. If you love oolong tea this is a must buy

Very nice
Good quality and price.Somewhat grassy/vegetal taste in the first few steepings of 3 grams in 10 second intervals. Around the 4th steep a sweet honey/sugar cane taste came out and was very pleasant.A nice light oolong for summer afternoons.
