How big are these capsules? Do you know the actual capsule size (000, 00, 0, 1, ...)?

Are you asking for the size in inches? The pill is not overly large, about 3/4 inch. It is an easy-to-swallow capsule.

Hi! do you know why the bromelain is helpful? their quercetin phytosome doesn’t have any. thanks!

One of my fave supplements for our allergenic toxic 21st Century is the wonderful pineapple enzyme Bromelain, synthetically copied by OTC antihistamines risking toxic side effects, helping mucus "housekeeping" clearing, cleansing, detoxing inflammation, sinuses, lungs, etc. I forget why I take Quercetin (bioflavinoid?), but I never forget my Bromelain on arising in the morning taken with a quart of pure water to start the day hydrated and flush out chronic problems like my former lifelong cough.

What is "Frustration Free Pkg" v. Standard, please? Big price diff.

Frustration free packaging would be packaging that has seal around the cap that is perforated so it can be removed without a knife or scissors. It would also include a safety seal underneath the cap that has a tab so it can be pulled off instead of punctured and then torn off. Standard packaging would not take into account the frustration involved with removing the packaging to get to the product. Price? I can't see that it would vary much.
