Unhealthy to eat
The sodium content is a little high. I used to eat these when I was a little kid. My grandma had them for breakfast. We loved them then but course things were different back then would I buy them again no, you’re unhealthy.

Another corporate casualty?
These used to be widely available and a cheap source of shelf-stable protein...like $2 a can...but disappeared a few years ago and now only available at outrageous prices. For some reason the little 4 oz tins are still available, but they're bland and tough. These big HOT ones are the way to go. Just don't read the ingredients if you're the queasy type.
