I am so pleased with this purchase!! Bought for my new mini poodle and she is so happy. It is her own little space. As the pictures show, I keep her bed and food and a few toys in there. When we are downstairs, I leave the top open and only zip the door closed when she naps. She eats all of her meals in there also. I wanted her to feel safe and comfy in there from day one, so she would get used to it, especially when I go back to work soon and she will need to spend longer periods of time in there. I got in the pen with her the first couple of days so she would want to be in there and see it as a good place and not a punishment or scary. It has truly become her space and she goes in and out with no issue. At night, I zip the top and she sleeps with no crying. I also have a snuggle puppy with the heartbeat on at night (another highly recommended purchase) and a sound machine with a nightlight with an instrumental version of lullaby playing. She has slept through the night from her first night home! I looked at several options for a crate, such as a small, carry-on type soft crate, an open type enclosure, etc. but in the end, I chose this one and I'm so glad I did. I also struggled with which size to buy. Even though my puppy is only 4.5 pounds and should have either a small or medium, I opted for the large so that she would have more room during the day when I'm at work (I do have neighbors that will let her out to potty and play during lunch!). I did worry that the pen would be too large and she would find a spot to pee or poop, but that has not been the case at all, at least with her. If there are any negatives at all, I would say it is very awkward to fold back up, but to be fair, I have only tried once. It is light enough to move from room to room without folding up. I'm sure it would be easier to fold if I did it more often. Also, the bottom is a thin, slick, vinyl material. I bought an octagon-shaped pee pad/mat designed for this type of enclosure and it was perfect. Finally, threading the zipper for the top of the pen takes a few tries to get it fully "engaged", so I just unzip almost all the way and then roll up as you can see in the picture. Not a problem. Overall, these are minor and fixable details. It is flexible and lightweight but sturdy enough to keep your pet enclosed and safe. I would definitely recommend this pen for your fur baby!!

Loveeeeeeee! I have purchased before a few years back but from a different company and different price. When I saw this on amazon I wanted to try it for my two Boston terriers when they are home alone. I love it and they love it. I bought the xl so they can be contained in the house during the day when I’m at work. The love going in it! They have toys and blankets water they use it even when they do t have to be in there!! lol. Great material. Can be washed out or wiped down. Easy to pop right up! Folding down is a bit more work but not hard!

I am using this pet kennel as a chick brooder. I bought the XL one to allow for my 7 chicks to grow and thrive. With the lined bottom, I was able to cover that with large pine shavings, add their brooder plate, two waterers, one feeder, and a small starter roosting set of bars. They love it. Lots of room to run around, practice our scratching, flap wings, and in general be little chickens.The top zips on and off, great for accessing the brooder area to change water, feed, and clean with a scoop. it encourages the chicks to exercise while they are safe inside of the brooder. Got this to travel with. It is a very good size and I like the color. Was not very easy to fold back up and doesn't fit back in bag very easily. Does keep him contained.

we have two of these. one is for the dog and we recently got another for our new kittens. it is the perfect size for our pets. we don’t really fold these up as they are in daily use but that is a pretty cool feature. the kittens claw and climb on the sides and it’s pretty sturdy on that regard. overall we are very pleased with these little pet pens.

Great quality, very sturdy (especially for a small dog). Easy to clean. Only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to fold up.

Got this for fostering kittens. I like that it has multiple access points (zippered top, sides) and is relatively easy to clean. However, it's almost impossible to fold/collapse so that it will fit back into the carrier with straps that you use to store it. There were no directions that came with it and after many many attempts and several different people trying, it still was not possible to fully collapse to be able to store. Tried our best and when putting it in the storage bag, the bag immediately ripped. My only issue with this is no instructions on how to fold, not being foldable for storage, and the storage bag ripping. Otherwise it's been a great little home for my foster kittens until they grew out of it and could be trusted to not be contained in their little home (we adopted them and they're almost 1 now!)

I bought this for my mama’s Pom after she had surgery so she could sleep in my mama’s bedroom. It was simple to assemble and store. If traveling it will easily fit in the car. It collapse down to a small size. You could easily use it in a hotel or an Airbnb. We never had any problems with it other than she didn’t like being in it. She wanted to sleep in the bed after sleeping with my mama for a few nights. Before the surgery she had never slept with her but my mama wanted her near her after the surgery. It isn’t too small. She has enough room to have some toys, food, water and still have room to move around. At the same time it isn’t too big to take up too much space. For a small dog it is durable. I don’t know how durable it would be for a large or even medium dog because of the flexibility of the sides. I would think they could just jump over it or push it down unless the larger ones have MUCH higher. We are very pleased with ours.
