Q: I never received the rattan hot pads. Where did they go?

I would not know the "Why" these were not delivered....that's up to the sender!

The price is right! These round trivets are most accommodating and they are durable. I highly recommend them for anyone's kitchen and dining room. You won't be sorry having them on hand.

Q: Does it slide around or does it grip counter well?

It doesn't grip the counter, but it doesn't slid much either. I've used one to hold a pot when I was mashing potatoes and it didn't slide at all.

Q: I never received these. Where are they?

I got mine but was very disappointed. They are small. I read the description as trivet to use for a plate on the table. They are fine for pots and pans, hot dish on the table but not for a plate. Good luck in getting them. I would request a refund and order something different.
