High quality bits for Phillips screws. The impact technology offers an above-average service life even under extreme circumstances. Enhanced friction resistance, thanks to the rough diamond-particle coating on the bit tip, prevents any slipping out of the screw head. Particularly suitable for use with customary impact drivers. ¼” hexagon, suitable for holders as per DIN ISO 1173-f 6.3.

average bit for above average price
After blasting through a few cheap Phillips bits I tried this one out thinking it would last a while, but it doesn't seem any tougher, stronger, or better than any hardware store driver bit. Mine doesn't even appear to have the "diamond" tip that the pictures imply. the tip looks the same as the rest of the bit. It works, but after about 50 screws I already see dents, marks on the bit tips fins. I was hoping for a little more durability out of a premium drill bit.

Expensive for what it is, but
boy does it grip a phillips screw well. The claim is that there is some sort of diamond coating in the business end to prevent slipping. Whatever it is, it makes the bit a joy to use.

Excellent, superior to cheap bits.
These bits are excellent. For now, I’ve ordered a PZ2 and PH2 size only as that’s the size I use most often. In the past, I’ve always just used cheap driver bits and been happy with them. Like most craftsmen, I’ve accumulated many cheap bits over the years. When I recently bought a Makita impact driver, I noticed I was suffering a lot more of cam out. These Were bits seem to have eliminated that problem. They really get a nice grip on the screw head and you have to tug the drill slightly when you remove the bit from the screw head. Your requirements might be more demanding than mine but at this price, I’d say it’s worth it to everyone to give them a try.

Get what you pay for.
Although Wera bits are expensive, I find there's no other impact bits that compare to these. I find they don't break but just wear as you'd expect with use.I'm a joiner, there's not many days the impactor isn't in use.You get what you pay for with tools.

Not great
I am disappointed with this. I used it with my Makita driver which obviously pushed too much torque for this. I think it was too soft and not a lot better than the freebie bits you get in a box of screws

all perform brilliantly. They are NOT as black as they look ...
Got a few of these Impaktor bits now, all perform brilliantly. They are NOT as black as they look in the photo, more a dark grey.
