Wrong unit receveid.
Beware, I bought a warehouse item which is a different unit without ANC. Check the control. ANC should be on the side. My unit doesn't have any.

The sound quality is very good, it is comfortable to wear and has active noise cancellation.

overpriced
I bought recently the product after careful review on amazon, having great expectations based on review and the company's reputation. I was really frustrated when I used the product.First, the quality of sound is mediocre at best. There is no way one can keep the product on the head comfortably for a few hours. It keeps sliding and rubs the top of the head, since it has no soft cushion. The worst thing happend, after 3 days of using, the mute mice on control unit stopped working.Bottom line: decent, but not great, sound quality, not very comfortable in use, overpriced.
