Good value for the price.

While this is not the responsibility of WOKOK, the firmware on the printer (I have an OfficeJet 8710) will not accept these. I've tried everything suggested - taking the cartridges out and putting them back several times, resetting the printer - but it doesn't solve the problem. That's an issue created by HP, of course as they are trying to force people to buy their cartridges versus less expensive options. These same cartridges have worked very well for me in the past, so it's a recent development. WOKOK did send me an email after I purchased these and said it would be solved by taking them out and pushing back in, but as noted above that has not worked unfortunately.

Purchased these as my other printer ink ran out, and this had same day delivery. They weren’t the best quality- but they were good enough for what I needed them for.

I bought these replacement cartridges a few times before and they worked perfectly. I bought them again in June and I just installed the black cartridge yesterday. The chip does not work and now I can’t return them. Is there a way I can exchange it?

Cartridges leak and cause problems with streaked ink on printed pages. I did not have this issue with HP cartridges; tried cleaning printer head function and cleaning manually without success, unable to use as print quality is so poor. Seems to just be these cartridges.

I have purchased these ink cartridges for my HP Office Jet Pro 7740 twice in one year. I am delighted with the ink coverage compared to the HP cartridges that came with the printer.Full disclosure, once installed, the printer will warn you that the cartridges are "Non-HP," along with messages to scare you into buying HP products. However, the products I purchased performed fine in my machine, and I will continue to buy from this vendor.

Good for the price if it wasn't for HP upgrading its firmware on printers.

Printer had updated and wouldn't accept the prior off-brand ink I had purchased. Was also having streaking issues, so wanted to try a different off-brand. (Because let's face it, for the price HP charges for its ink, you may as well just buy a new printer. So ridiculous.) This worked great! No issues with the newest update (and I turned off automatic updates so hopefully this won't happen again...), so streaks, very nice print quality. Will order again.

I had tried other aftermarket cartridges and these are amongst the best. I am using them in my HP 8720. I just recently canceled HP instant ink. There were no problems loading the cartridges and having the printer recognize them. The print quality is excellent and the printing is consistent.

I have used these cartridges before no problem. Bought again and my printer will not accept because not HP Genuine cartridges. I don’t need HP policing my choices. Any ideas? Have a 7740 office jet pro

HP PRINTER

I have purchased these inks several times after using HP ink previously. I can't tell any difference in the longevity or print quality, and these are remarkably more affordable than the name brand.

These replacement cartridges work great. You do have to go into the HP Assistant to allow the printer to accept them (as they are not HP brand cartridges). The best part is the price! The 4 replacements are half of the cost of just one of the HP brand. Will definitely buy these again.
