excellent quality product. but need a slick coating or to be in a capsule. i can't swallow them. i dump out mega mineral capsules, and push these into them, for my throat to accept them. i take 2 pom pills every morning and every evening. i stay healthier with them, than without them.

Taking this with calcium d-glucarate is a match made in heaven for estrogen metabolism

I can't tell yet if they have any effect besides hydration (there's no way you are swallowing them without water.)
