Ideal John Adams Linkee Booster Pack Game

I LOVE Linkee, So much so I wanted more cards so of course I bought this booster pack. If you are in USA avoid it, it is made and meant for British English Speakers, all references are for British sayings and shows. If your from England, buy it, otherwise not useful, waste of money. Out of the 200+ cards I can maybe use 8.

I unfortunately have to agree with the first review. I wanted it to be good soooooo badly, but it really is only for people in Great Britain. If you live in the USA the references don't make any sense :( I paid a lot for this and waited a long time for it to come out and it's barely useable. I don't understand because the main game isn't like this! I don't understand what happened when they were making this booster pack

This is a great game expansion pack if you live in the UK. We love the original LINKEE, but we’re unable to use the expansion pack because it uses terms and locations only UK residents would know, and we live in USA. I couldn’t return it because shipping fees would have been astronomical, so it sits on the shelf as a reminder to always read the reviews. LOL. I didn’t.

This booster pack is %99 UK related so if you are not British, pass. Several cards are duplicates from the original box. We love this game and wanted more cards-disappointed. Bright side, my Brit husband finally won a game.

This is European Linkee! Buyers should be better made aware of this! HUGE DIFFERENCE from original Linkee pack. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Most of the questions were “European” in nature. Not much fun

All the question are British related!Wer loved the original game sho wanted more cards, but these questions were British related so wer went on to another game.

Can you guys please make extra cards for the US version? This booster pack is useless. “They call it ketchup - we call it ___?” Great game but we need more cards.

I decided to go ahead and order these even though the reviews weren't great, sadly I should have listend to those comments. I fully expected the box to be too big and sure enough it was, I also expected to get 200 cards and thats what I got. The problem I have is that these question cards are very poor in comparison to the first and second edition of the game, I have both previous games but felt we needed some new cards but I really shouldn't have bothered. A lot of the cards relate to popular culture and then some are just so silly you convince yourself 'that cant be the answer' only to find it is - I mean 'gentlemans sausage' as a link the clue being find it in underpants was ridiculous. Really - dont bother!

The original game a £20, contains around 350 cards plus pencils and note pads, whereas this booster pack at £19 contains only 200 cards; I'm suggesting that it struggles to be value for money. I also take issue with the ridiculous over packaging the Booster Pack box is many times the capacity required for the intended contents; There's more plastic casing and air than question cards.

Our family issues real mix of ages from 13 up to 70's and we all love playing Linkee... Until mum plays and continually wins! We were getting to the point where playing regularly we were going to be repeating cards which meant as Dad has such a good memory he would probably win, so was delighted to find this booster pack! Keep them coming please!! :)

The basis of the game is to answer 4 questions on the card and be the first to find the link. The answers to the questions stay secret (officially) however you tend to find the contestants generally tell each other what they had, which can lead to some hilariously incorrect answers and guesses at the link.We got the game to take to a family get together, and it is more basic than games we usually play, however it got everyone involved and having a laugh, so much so that we didn't realise how long we had been playing it for.

As the other reviews suggest. These are overpriced and poor quality.Took them on holiday as we enjoyed them on previous occasions but these are completely amateur hour. Either way too hard and irrelevant Linkees or far too simplistic. Zero consistency.Don’t waste your money.
