I am always a bit skeptical of new gadgets but I have been looking for something in solar to keep our phones and small electronics charged when hiking or doing other outdoor activities.this was a good price and came quickly.it has a compass which I'm not sure I would rely on but that's not whyi bought it. the flashlight is fairly bright.the unit feels solid.now for the real use.when it arrived I did have to plug it in to give it a full charge as it did not have any charge. once charged up I took it outside and immediately got a green light indicating it was accepting solar charging and working. My phone was at 20% when I plugged it in and after 15 to 20 minutes I had almost a full charge on my phone so not bad. and with the solar, it helped to maintain my phone while outside.so overall good product. it does have 2 ports I have not tried charging 2 items at the same time.

I bought this as a gift for my son while he was homeless. First thing I found out from him was that the solar panel doesn't work very well. The solar panel puts out very little. So you really need to charge it with a three Amp USB charger with a three Amp USB cord.

Hello everyone. It is your friendly shoppers here reviewing the Solar Power Bank 33800mAh Portable Solar Charger. Many of us have been attempting to find a charger that will last a great deal and charge our phones more than once. These are hard to find because they require power source to charge the charger. WHen I first reviewed this I was skeptual because most Solar power banks are really pieces of crap unless you pay a nice penny for it.Let me tell you this isn't one of those chargers. I know some of you may be asking yourself right now "well if it is so good why isn't it a five-star?" That is a great question and I would like to speak on that right now! There is only one reason and one reason only why I did not rate this as a five-star. Upon receiving the device I notice that a small part of the solar screen was coming off. THis did not affect the charging on this at all.Now that's out the way, let me share with you why this is an amazing product. First, lets talk about the charging time. This is solar and I live in Las Vegas. Other bases take somewhere between an hour to 45 mins. Additionally, this would only charge one phone....has been my experience. I have tested this on I11 pro and S21+ 5G.This charger not only charged three phones from 0 to 100 but it charged each phone when I had three apps open. This includes videos (TT ) and my game running. i was at 13 percent and this charger recharged my phone while operating. It had enough juice to recharge another phone. While the charge was a bit slow it still charged my phone.The real benefit is when I am outside. For us outdoor people or many of us who are doing things, we don't have time to stop and plug into a wall. Charging from your car can be less than impressive at the cars to not put out enough power to charge. This is mainly because of the type of USB they use.You jogging, listening to music, or watching videos understand your phone can drain fast. Well with this charger those challenges are a thing of the past. Simply place it in the sun and watch it charge. No need to hunt for an outlet to plug your charger into.Well worth the money (sale price) however, this price won't hurt you if you purchase it not on sale. Use free electricity from our sun and don't ever have to worry about plugging this in again. It also has a flashlight which I thought I would never use....i use it a lot. Port C and USB.

Only 1/4 of what is advertised works… except Solar, it didn’t work at all. I bought 5 units and left them out in the sun all day for 4 days with no cloud coverage and it was a no go. Pay money for a better unit. This is just a charging bank with 5000 Mah at best and 0 Mah on Solar charging. Very disappointed with the Solar side. After 4 days in complete sun (no cloud coverage) it wouldn’t charge my phone more then 5%. I drained the battery completely, then I fully charged them hoping to spike the battery, but it is definitely not capable of what is said. From a full charge I could charge my phone 2-1/2 times but that was it. Sometimes you can find a bargain, but this is NOT IT!!! Won’t buy again… if you want a charger with a light this “works” but like I said IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! Amazon should have a lot better quality control on products because all 5 of mine combined dont have the capability of the 1 advertised. Buy 6 units to meet their advertised capabilities, or spend the extra money on a good one.

I purchased this specifically for a weeklong trip to Walt Disney World. Using the My Disney Experience app constantly to check wait times for attractions, menus for eateries & Photopass photos as well as keeping in touch with 2 other groups of people in addition to my girlfriend and her mom drains your battery. It's handy to have a way to keep your phone & earbuds charged while on the go & not be tethered to an outlet. With the assistance of the built in solar panel and hanging it from my backpack as I walked around the parks, I could fully charge my phone 2-3 times a day and plug it in to recharge it overnight every other day.

To sum up - a good power bank, if you would drop the solar part in the description- which I feel is there just because ( it really does not charge anything), you would get just a bulky power bank that takes a while to get charged from the regular electric outlet with a decent flash light. Again, it is impossible to get it charged from the sun. I live in Florida, the sunshine state. You can not get more sun than here. Yet I left it in the sun for a couple hours and upon checking the charge it was at the same level , which is pretty frustrating considering that that was the reason I purchased it. Solar was the selling point for me. Not sure if I received the one that does not function properly or they are all like that.

The flashlight on this is immaculate. I charged it up on a charger before the first use and it worked great. It charges phones and speakers quickly. As for the solar charging, it never died on us so I'd say that works well too! Only got to use it a couple of times but I'm still impressed.

Worst product. Not even charging mobile full for a single time. Also solar is not working. Better buy somthing else. I lost money
