This was a great purchase, it has save me many times when the power went out, or when the power flickers real quick. Normally my pc would turn off, but not with this. Well worth my money

I sole computers and related accessories for over a decade and this is an excellent piece of equipment at a great price. It's already saved me twice!

I used this to backup my marine aquarium pumps during a power outage and it worked great.

Update 1/11/21: Still waiting for Cyberpower to examine the failed UPS unit. I gave up about a month ago and bought an APC UPS unit as THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS and send a replacement unit out right away even if they haven't determined why the unit failed. Update (12/3/20): Cyberpower won't even get to examining the UPS unit until (if I am really lucky) until January of 2021. In the meantime, I am out of of UPS protection for my gaming computer unless I shell out money for another unit. Don't even consider this UPS unit if you value your devices. This UPS unit failed in 2020 and as a result of that failure, my desktop computer crashed. The UPS unit failed to turn on and keep my computer running even though there was no power outages in my area, no storms, etc. Even though THEIR unit failed, the owner of the unit has to pay for returning the UPS unit and has to pay the cost of the repair estimate per their user manual. I bought this unit in July of 2019, so it barely lasted over a year. The only two things I had connected to the UPS portion of the unit was the computer and the monitor and I made sure that these two devices did not exceed the capacity of the unit before I bought it. Now the repair shop that I took the computer to for a diagnosis said I should buy a new power supply unit because of the UPS failure. Great, more time spent in the repair shop for something that should have never happened.

Received this item and there were obvious loose parts inside so it was not safe to plug in. I called CyberPower. After filming the unit to prove the issue, they said to return through Amazon. Amazon said the item was not returnable. CyberPower however is stranding behind their product because they are exchanging it so I am grateful for that. Just wish it was a better experience.

Works great. Picked up seamlessly during a power outage.

This thing dropped dead while showing it self fully charged, and it started leaking battery acid on my wood floor.I went back to APC and will stay there.
