Genuine Bosch Appliance Clothes Dryer Door Handle White

This deal is quality and saving go together. Even though I ended up purchasing tools (special screw driver), still very happy with it. I just wish there's instruction for installation. In the end, I figured out to take the glass part off for installation, not just the 3 handle screws as I thought initially cause the broken handle screw plastic legs (if I may call it).

Perfect match and easy to install. For some reason, Bosch appliances handles break easily - microwave and clothes dryer in our experience.

I used this product to replace a broken handle on the WTV76100US/09 dryer and it worked out well. You need a special screw bit (Torx or six sided tamper-resistant star bit) to remove the screws but luckily I had one in the right size. Once you remove the handle, you can see the problem, three plastic pillars that hold the screws and can break off over time (ours lasted for about 5 years). Be careful removing the screws because the glass is heavy and you might need a second pair of hands to help out. You also remove the metal clip that fits into the dryer and holds the door shut. Not a big deal. Otherwise a simple fix that took 15 minutes and probably saved $200 from an appliance repair visit. On day one it looks and works well. I'll update if that isn't the case.

This is the third of these handles I've had to install/replace on my Bosch dryer (one original and 2 of these replacement handles)The door design itself is flawed in that if you have the machine at ground level, when you pull on the handle to open the front loading door, it puts unequal pressure on the top screw that secures this handle, causing it to break. Once it breaks the others go soon after (there are 3 screws securing the handle). The plastic is fairly cheap and brittle thus the need to replace this often. I have tried Superglue in the past and that helps for a while but is not a replacement solution. I now keep a spare one with the dryer for when it breaks again.

Even it's not the same color, the handle perfectly fits my Bosch dryer. The part seems to be genuine. Delivery was faster than I was expecting.

Worked perfectly. My fault for not ordering the right color but other than that, it's great.
