Dulse Natural Zing, Whole (Raw, Wildcrafted) 1 lb

This dulse is perfect ...don't understand some of the negative reviews about it...the product is fresh and delicious.I've been a fan of this seaweed since my Irish relatives brought it over from the old country when I was a little girl.The nutritional benefits of seaweed are amazing and I will purchasing from this seller from now on...used to get the Icelandic brand but it isn't available anymore. I got two pound bags and the price was excellent too. The bag says the seaweed was wild harvested in Canada.

This is great stuff! It's a staple in my diet and I love that it tastes salty! I've noticed huge improvements in my health since using this! The 1lb is huge, and I will go through it in about 1-2months. My favorite is when this dulse is fresh, soft, and chewy. Sometimes I will order and it's not quite as fresh and a bit more firm (still delicious though). You can google recipe ideas for some delicious meals. Also, if you're craving salt, chew about 2oz raw and it will curb the craving.

This is good whole leaf dulse!I've been burned by other sellers of dulce who advertise "whole leaf" and then send you a giant bag of flakes.This is whole leaf dulse. Tastes good! Thank you, dulse people!!!

I bought a 1 lb bag of this dulse for my husband as a Christmas present because it was out of stock at Maine Sea Coast Vegetables (where I usually get his dulse). He recently opened the bag and, after a few bites, said this was the worst dulse he had ever tasted (and he's been eating dulse for more than 40 years). Apparently, dulse should be kind of purplish in color and the leaves should peel apart easily so they can "melt on your tongue" (his words). The bag of Natural Zing dulse was easily 95% dark brown hard clumps... not at all what the product picture appears to be. Now, my husband is a very laid back guy and will eat just about anything... so when he says this is the worst dulse he's ever tasted, it must be pretty bad. He didn't even recommend trying to cook with it, since the clumps are so hard and bitter. Of course, it's too late for me to return this for a refund.. so all we can do with it is till it into the garden this spring for fertilizer. This is not good eating dulse.

I have gotten dulse form this company many times in the past, and it is usually pretty good. This time, the dulse only filled about half the package and it is very moist and stuck together. I'm not sure what happened, but it is definitely not the quality I have come to expect.
