Frontera Jalapeno Salsa Con Queso Dip, Medium, 16 oz

I can go for months at a time with weekly orders without a critical review. Unfortunately this one missed the cut. It was way too 'watery' to really be a dip and the flavor was meh. I tried it once and discarded it. I really don't like throwing away food!

I love frontera products ever since I got free samples some years ago at an event. This queso is the best.

It was very runny and didn’t taste like real cheese. The jalapeño was also very spicy which would have been ok if the cheese was more substantial but it wasn’t thick enough at all.

This is too Spivey and is runny, won’t buy again.

It's pretty thin, it's a healthier queso option, which Im happy about but it is verrry spicy. Not so much Medium as labeled. I don't get much flavor, just jalapeno burn. I like spicy but it's so hot I can't eat it as is. I'm gonna try to add some sour cream or something to lesson the burn or I'll have to give it to someone who can handle it. Lol

We previously purchased the Frontera enchilada sauce elsewhere and it was pretty decent. For the big game, we wanted some queso dip and let’s be honest, I knew our options at WF were going to be limited. But I had high hopes, but sadly, this wasn’t cheesy and it didn’t have much discernible flavor. It was a bit runnier than I prefer, and I don’t remember much spice. Would not recommend.

Spicy and very tasty. The one jar didn’t last the day. Like it lots.

Usually cheese dips/sauces do not have blue cheese, but this one does. The ingredients list is hard to read with lines in a pink background and I did not realize till I tasted it. Besides its somewhat runny and sour as other reviewers noted.
