This is a three pack . I’ve ordered these twice and always received 3

Yes you can. Treat it like a tongue scraper. Throw one out after a couple of months.

The blue side is a little more stiff but not terrible

Q: How can I store the mitt? After using, where is the best place to leave it?

After each use, please make sure the mitt is thoroughly clean and all product used is rinsed off. Then hang it anywhere they would like within the shower. Since the material is made of a Medical Grade TPU Plastic is will be naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal so mildew or mold will not form on it.
