I purchased this clock for a massage treatment room and it works great. It is quiet, the numbers are large enough to see from a distance and bright enough in a dimmed room. It is a good quality and fits in perfect with the room decor. I was looking for something simple and quiet for my massage room because I could hear the clicking of the previous clock with it would change to the next minute. I had I'm really happy with this purchase.

A lot of people might use this clock around the home to keep track of time without having a plug. But I was looking for something for the truck with a big display that you could see through the side window or from the back that lit up at night so you could read it at night without hitting a button while you drove. Could not find anything, too small, red digits drowned out by sunlight, no backlight. Then I came across this. Pretty large digits ( 1 1/2” high, screen 3” wide), automatic back light that comes on when light fades, a 1” X 2” Snooze Button that makes an even brighter backlight when hit. If you can find a place for it, it makes a good car/truck clock to. Good little product.

The description was way off from the clock that I received. It was supposed to be under 1 inch thick. The one I received was about 2.5 inches thick.

I wanted a bedside clock that I could read in the dark. I don't care about the alarm function. My clock radio works fine but the backlight needs to be turned on manually unless the alarm/radio is going off. The display is large enough to see across the room. The auto backlight feature works. It comes on in a dark room. The control wheel lets you set the brightness to a very low level. Setting the time is mildly inconvenient because the time continues to increment when the setting function is on. I'm willing to sacrifice 30 seconds or so. The clock itself is a simple black box. It's unobtrusive. Price was right.

I'd been searching for a small, minimalist clock, one that I could tuck into the corner of the bathroom counter, and here and there around the house, so that we could always know the time. I wanted something that wasn't complicated and without special features like internet connectivity, a calendar or stop watch. (The Japanese store, Muji, has the exact clock I want, but at between $40-100). I wanted a battery operated clock where I could set the time without having to read a manual. This clock is very nearly perfect! It's on the smaller side, doesn't stand out, easy to operate, quiet, and just shows the time, with adjustable brightness. I absolutely love it! I've since bought several of these (in white).

This is the 3rd clock I ended up buying. The 2 other clocks were not what I was looking for. I wanted a clock that I can use in the living room on top of my cable box. Since there is no time display on it. Its the perfect size and I love the mellow but easy to see light showing the numbers. The size of the clock is perfect. Not too big not too small. Accurate so far!

Overall, it functions well, but the display only lights up when you press a button on top. There's no backlight or illumination that helps you read the numbers. They were thisclose to getting it perfect.

Searched far and wide for a battery operated, small clock that was bright for daylight use in a bathroom. Almost all clocks emphasized their premier capabilities for night bedroom use, which this one would be great. I was wanting one easy to ready ONLY for daylight use, and this one is "OK" and worth the price.None I found, including this one, had a back light illuminated in daylight. But the dark digital numbers against a non-light back light are easy enough to read during day, so "OK" but not "great."I'd order again for my specific use.
