I love how exact it is according to the image they provide of the item. It's very beautiful, I just wish the necklace writing was more visible.

This was a blind buy as there weren't any photos in the reviews but I'm glad I trusted the customers who had already received it.As soon as I opened the box, I literally gasped.The color is a rich golden color but it isn't too orange or cheap looking.It has a twisted rope styled chain and the locket actually took some effort to open! Which is good (in my opinion) it means the hinges aren't loose so I'm hoping it won't open or fall open :)It has a lobster clasp with just one ring which makes me very happy as I hate those necklaces that have the extra piece of chain hanging around.I just opened it so I can attest to the longevity of the item but I'm hoping it lasts a while:)I would recommend and purchase again!

The part that connects the pendant to the chain came slightly open so the pendant would fall off. It broke off at work and now I have to replace that part to fix it.

I initially gave five stars because this is such a beautiful piece of jewelry and it isn't affecting my usual allergy to fake jewelry but I've changed my review to two stars because the charm keeps opening and will not close anymore, I've had it for about a week. I'll update my review according to the outcome of my complaint to the seller, hopefully they will resolve this.Update: The seller has corrected the issue and I'm changing my review back to the original five stars, I would give more if I could based on the ease of interaction with the seller and their speed to make things right. I highly recommend this seller and their products.

Such a cute gift for my daughter for our New Year. It was totally worth the price! I was surprised how fast it shipped and I loved that the necklace arrived in a lovely pink box, I want one for me now. The chain is also a good size and the whole thing looks just like gold.
