I copied and pasted this review because the exact same thing happened to meperhaps even i was givern the returned productdont bother with these!!!Bought a pair and the right one never work.Support said « not our problem » and was no help at all.Managed finally to get them exchanged at a reseller, but then they kept disconnecting from my phone, people couldn’t hear what i said on the phone and after 4 months the battery on the left would only charge 10-30 min of battery.On top they dont always charge in the case and please note they only have battery for a couple of hours max even in the best of times.Amateur night in headphone land. The brand is normally great but walk away from this one, the tech is simply to far below market standard… especially at the price.I have never felt more cheated.

NOT Klipsch quality… crappy tech
