This book is only for one time use. If you are interested in identifying your Top 5 strengths you can use the code and identify them from the online test and then read about those five strengths from the second half of the book. You can unlock all your strengths upon payment of some extra bucks to Gallup, but if you are satisfied with your top 5 then only 10% of the book will be useful for you. The remaining part of the book will be useless since you will probably not be interested in exploring strengths that you don't have in you. You cannot even share this book with anyone else because the code is unique and they will not find it useful unless they take the online test. My mentor at my organization who is guiding me in my career goals told me that the Top-5 strengths are enough to focus on and you need not unlock the remaining.

I purchased this book as a gift for testing purposes for someone, but the access code is missing. I have reached out to Amazon for assistance and have faced some challenges. Initially, I was informed that a refund would be processed, but now I’m being told that this is no longer an option.

This is a book which every leader should read. It will be a good assist in terms of building a cohesive team with different personalities. The online test, although a bit long, is seriously effective. It brings out the top 5 characteristics and in the order of priority. Based on the test you have to read what is relevant to you and then improve your strengths.The book also has action items based on your strengths. The online portal creates a profile and also gives you a lot of material to work on. It will also send you articles on building your strengths at regular intervals.I will surely recommend this book to others. Mostly because it looks good on a table and is a good conversation starter.Amazon delivery was on time as always.
