Before you actually buy it considering the fact that this product is not to help you loose weight this is to help you contour certain areas of your body by reducing the sight of cellulite. Also to to and firm the targeted area...I have used for 4 times already and only could see major results after 3 applications.The body wrap actually works but if you stop using it your body will go back as it used to be... results are fairly quick but you do have to drink a lot of water and eat healthy and not forget to workout as it only provides short time results.You may want to drink lots of water as it makes you feel dehydrated, but it sure works...I think it’s a bit expensive since it comes only 6 wraps but it sure is worth the money.

This set includes 6 wraps. These wraps are big enough to go comfortably round one of my thighs (I am a size 10-12), and are more than large enough to go around upper arms - I would recommend cutting them in two so that you can use one wrap for two arms, rather than waste one by wrapping it round one arm several times.The wraps are really easy, and even pleasant, to use. Just peel of the backing and wrap them around the body part you want to firm up or reduce cellulite. They have a pleasant minty smell, and a nice cooling, slightly tingly sensation. Because of the sensation, I wouldn't personally use them at night as I think it would keep me awake! The wraps stick to the skin really well and I could move around while wearing them, without even needing to secure them with cling film,Unfortunately after use, while my skin felt slightly softer I couldn't see any difference in appearance or firmness, or any reduction in fat and cellulite. They may affect people differently so they could be worth a try for you, though.

In the set you get six wraps and they work best if you apply one after your evening bath or shower then wrap cling wrap over the wraps on your body and sleep like that. It isn't the most comfortable sleep but is the most effective way of using theseThey do not melt fat away so don't expect a miracle. For weight and fat loss you need to exercise and diet sadly.These firm up targetted areas and help reduce the look of dimply cellulite on your thighs.Not only does this not dissolve fat but the results are short-lived too.As they are expensive I would say that it might be worth buying these for a big event, wedding etc just to tighten up the skin and make you look the best with what you have.Don't expect to come out looking like a fashion model as you will be rather disappointed.

I LOVE these wraps!!! I definitely recommend them and I have seen a big difference using them. BUT there are some secrets to success with these wraps...1. USE MULTIPLE WRAPS!! This is not a one-and-done thing. Using just one wrap won't make a difference, or at least not much. The key is to use multiple wraps in a succession of days/weeks. Over time you will see results. In fact, the 2nd or 3rd day after using the wrap you may notice some bloating as it works to remove the toxins and water weight. So if you have a special night out do your wrap several days before.2. Leave them on overnight (6-8 hours). That way all the 'juices' get soaked in through your skin. They are sticky so I haven't needed saran wrap.3. I recommend giving yourself a good 2-3 week time span at least to see a difference. Use a wrap overnight every 3-4 days in your targeted area.4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! It's healthier to drink water and it helps flush toxins from your system, and if you are using the wraps often you don't want to be dehydrated. Add some lemon/cucumber.5. As always for an extra boost, cut your carb intake, up your veggies and proteins, and exercise. (Pilates is great if you are targeting your core). That will only increase your results.I am a real person and a mom, always on the hunt for good beauty secrets/tools - - on a side note, these also have made my stretch marks from pregnancy look better. I've had a lot of fun using these wraps and will continue to use them. I was skeptical but after using these repeatedly I am seeing results, I have probably lost 2.5 inches around my waist after doing 6 individual wraps in the course of about a month. I have also been watching my diet and doing some exercise, but I know these wraps have played a huge part in the change I'm seeing in such a stubborn fat area.Also I have very sensitive skin and these have not bothered me at all. I like this product, better than It Works wraps for several reasons: 1) the overall size of the Ultimate Body Wrap covers so much more area, more than double that of the It Works wraps. 2) The Ultimate Body wrap is a large rectangle which can cover you belly and both hips in one application. With the It Works wraps you would have to use 2 or 3 wraps to cover as much area at one time. 3) I didn't realize until my 3rd application that the Ultimate wrap actually stretches. So with gentle pulling you can apply to even a larger area.The refreshing/tingling feeling you get on you skin during application is not a bad thing, just something to expect. This dissipates with time.For the detoxification to work properly, You MUST drink tons of water before, during, and after your application. I leave my wrap on overnight. Sometimes I cover with saran wrap, sometimes I just put on stretchy shorts to keep wrap in place.Important note: Sometimes difficult to apply by yourself, the adhesive sticks to itself unless you take off backing layer very slowly (think bandaide). You must be patient, pull the backing off of only a few inches at a time, apply to skin, stretch applicator a bit while holding the wrap at application site, repeat until the entire backing has been removed and the applicator has been fully appied to your skin.I would recommend this product. I use weekly or every 2 weeks. Keeps belly bloat to a minimum.

These wraps are truly awesome! I use them currently on my back and stomach at the same time. I did look at the ingredients for both the ITWORKS wraps and the Ultimate Body wrap and they are exactly the same except a few preservatives. Because of this I use these every 72 hours instead of the once a week that it states on the Ultimate Body wraps. I do work out, eat decent, and drink tons of water. The results have been great! I have a little pooch around my belly and back fat that is starting to tighten better than it would with just diet and exercise alone. I wasn't looking for a miracle but I was looking for something to assist and these wraps have done just that. Just a note that they feel really cold when you first put them on and they are extremely sticky but I like that because I don't always have to wrap them. I highly recommend this product or at least give it a try!!!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT! So EASY to use! Pleased with results. There's no set area that you need to apply this to, just wherever you feel is necessary. It has a minty smelling gel light adhesive you apply to skin. Stays in place okay, but best to use few layers of saran wrapping to hold in place. In about 10 minute you will start feeling a cooling/tingling sensation on your skin. That is the ingredients working. These botanical ingredients are absorbed into through your skin. it acts as detox on you too. They say to leave on for at least the hour but if possible to do so overnight. Best to wear overnight. It is comfortable enough to do so! . Am quite satisfied by the overnight wearing results. Results vary. STAY HYDATED! it will work better for your body if you drink half your body weight in WATER ONLY. I take this product as a promo for my honest review. Results are positive. I should like more wraps because it works great. I keep on purchase it, because it works. Would buy again, and highly recommend.

It recommends to leave them on for at least an hour or overnight for best results. I have sensitive skin so I only left it on for an hour. There are no drastic changes, but I didn't expect there to be. It did seem to make my belly a little smaller though. However, the reason for the lower rating is because it was hard to peel off, it left my skin red and blotchy, and it was extremely itchy the whole time I had it on. Now I'm not saying that this will happen to everyone, but these are apparently not made for those of us with sensitive skin. I just thought I'd give it a try since I have such a hard time losing weight and it would've been nice to have a little help, but I don't think I'll be buying again.
