Does the package say bpa free and also can you freeze it?

Hi there Mr. & Mrs. Reeves! Yes, this product is BPA and BPS free. For optimum cooling effect, put the teether in the refrigerator for one hour. Do not place in the freezer compartment. Thank you for your question!

Can we boil it? How to sterilize it?

Not sure about boiling but I guess its possible. We steam sterilize it every now and again in the microwave, and its still in excellent condition, not deformed or anything.

Is the water supposed to leak?
