The instructions were easy and the tree house was easy to assemble. I first received the product without any hardware to fix the tree house. Contacted the seller who sent the required hardware. My cats love this house.

I have 4 big cats who loves cat trees, they destroyed their last cat tree so i decided to buy this for them.Firstly, the first photo you see in the product is not the same as what is being sold. * The upper/ bigger house enderneath do not have two support as shown in the photo. This is a concern interms of durability if you have big cats.* The front perch pillar is shorter than the one shown, in the photo it is higher/ taller than the upper cat house. The one which is sold ends in the middle of the upper cat house, blocking the view from the small window.* miscalculated height in two of the pillars which had 2cm difference in two of the pillars, (either the 1 pillars of 32cm should be 34 cm and the taller scratch post also need additional 2 cm or the small support pillar of 8.1cm should be 2 cm shorter ) so when trying to assemble the pieces, it was slanted, not level straight. This is a concern as well when the weight is not distributed equally with bigger cats it will not lasts long, considering the meterial used for the pillars are made of cardboard andcap with a plastic glued together. This will also make the top tower slanted, will be very shaky soon with bigger cats. I had to fix mine by adding 2 square pieces of wood on top of the 32cm pillar and on top of the taller scratch post, drilled holes in the middle for the screws. I used the longest screws provided on the scratch post to screw in the that extra piece. After all it was all level and balanced.I would've return the product except i couldnt put back in the box it came in. So i just had to fixed it myself. But its not worth ₹4600 if i had to do the fixing and with a defective product.Please refer to the photo i have uploaded for those defective parts.

Initial experience was not good. The product had 1 pillar misisng. But then after returning the item first time, the second one was perfect.Assembly took like 30-40 mins.After the assembly was done, my kitty jumped on it very quickly. She loves it. As being an indoor kitty and staying in a flat gives her very limited opportunities to jump and climb stuff.I keep it near the window, where she love watching the "cat TV".She loves it which makes me very happy.Quality is alright. Bit expensive too.

A good sturdy cat tree.I got mine yesterday and my adult cat and kitten love it!! It was a little difficult to assemble but we enjoyed assembling it all the same and now it feels so good when you see your cats falling in love with it.Its big enough for cats and kittens.I was a bit mislead about its size and wondered whether my cat would fit but she did!! Even the small house is big enough for her.A Good Buy! Will update further after a few months of usage

It's the worst cat tree we've ever had. All the important cat lounging spots came loose within days of assembling and complete broke off in two months.. now all we have is a box in which the cats won't enter. DO NOT BUY. Buy literally anything other than this cat tree. Worthless item.

The product definitely seems to be pretty sturdy yet too soon to decide as I only got it yesterday but by the looks of it and feel of it while assembling shows no signs of weakness. Apart from the velvet covering, the wooden part is rock strong, even a full grown man can sit on it and not worry about breaking it and your cat breaking is only a dream. The fit and finish of the product is marvellous and the cat house would definitely look way better than a normal house many people have (little envious).Compared to other cat houses, this might be 1k more but I would say totally worth it provided the room it provides when you have multiple cats in the house. The ball attached to the string is what the cat would first love to play with. If you have the budget, go for this and I am sure 90% of the people won’t regret it. Cheers Guys!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  I was confused on buying a cat tree online but this was recommended by a friend who has multiple cats , and said it’s big enough for adult cats as well, it was easy to assemble , sturdy big tree, both my cats love it, one of them is 6 years only and other one 3 months kitten..

There are no screws available to assemble the product.
