My doctor mentioned if multi vitamins are He recommended a methylated form of multivitamins as it can be absorbed more easily. I found that this brand meets my needs. My allergies seem to have improved and I feel energized throughout the day. I wish there would a little higher dose of magnesium glycinate so I don’t have to take a separate tablet. I am also a diabetic on GLP1. I took 3 capsules the first time I had severe diarrhea. Now taking only 2 capsules with lunch and that seems to be sufficient for me . Very satisfied with the results of taking this product. Price is reasonable.

This is a very good multi, especially for the price point! I appreciate that it contains the active form of Vitamin A (and not too high of a dosage) as so many multis contain less preferred beta-carotene. I appreciate the moderate amount of vitamin E vs a controversial higher dose. Contains active forms of the B vitamins which is great for people who have methylation issues. An all-around well balanced formulation comparable with much more expensive brands. Would I change anything about this formula? Yes, I would lower the amount of chromium.
