I've been waiting for a product like this for years! I needed to make a 6" tall platform that wasn't too heavy to travel with as a conducting podium when I travel to work with various orchestras.I used this plyo box as the base. After assembling it, I gave it two coats of black matte spray paint for a uniform look, then glued a gray carpet square on the top. It's far better than I expected it would be--the fit of the wood pieces is very tight and precise, the screws are excellent and make it so the box is very stable, and the entire thing is small enough to fit in my car while also being just big enough to serve as a conducting podium.Yes, an unorthodox use, but at this price it is unbeatable. Most conducting podiums start at around $500!

I love this box for step-ups forwards and sideways. Continuing my exercise program I got from PT. Love this product. It is heavy duty, non-slip and easy to carry with the nice openings to grab it easily with both hands.

For the price you really can’t complain. Is it a Rogue Fitness box? Of course not. Could I get out my wood working tools and make a better one? Yes…can I do it for less then 80 dollars? No.Pros:- sturdy-Easy to put together-clean looking-nice top surface- edges are all pretty good.-price price and price- it is square and fits together wellCons-it’s not perfect - minor tiny defect in paint size of a staple- not completely flush on all the edges where the boxes meet. Could have used a little more sanding maybe. Nothing critical and won’t would hurt you.-just finishing touches and polishSo my conclusion is this…buy it for the price. You will be jumping on it and it is sturdy, level and strong. If you want perfection and finish go buy a premium box for triple the price like Rogue, etc.I will be happy to spend the saved money on more important things, like a good quality Rogue bar for my daughters. Something’s need to be perfect and some don’t. This box looks clean, strong, level and perfect for the job.

This item is a defective item, it looks like the cut one side smaller, and instead of taking the cost to fix it, they advertise it as stackable! Even when trying to use it as the claim stackable, it becomes unsafe to use. The un matching square is smaller than its supporting base by more than an inch from its each side and can cause tripping or even bad ankle sprains. Never mentioning that the square that is too small to cover the base leaves the base open with unfinished wood rubbing on your floor, scratching it, and making a wood grains miss.Moreover, the included screws are not enough for the number of wholes drilled, and it comes with the worst tools to put it together. It takes hours to assemble and you will end up with many cuts, buses and blisters in your handsEven worse the package arrives damadged, looking like it was returned before, as someone could not put up with such mess, yet it was sold again!

I waited several months to put this together. I opened it & it sat in my garage gym for awhile. Therefore, when the number of screws I received didn’t match with the number of holes I saw, I blamed myself for possibly losing some. And when I couldn't find instructions, I assumed I also may have misplaced them.After reading reviews, I don't think they sent instructions & they typically send extra screws.However, the 8 in stackable plyobox was still pretty easy to put together. The screws were t shaped (phillips) and although a little soft / seemed easy to accidentally strip, that is not unusual when you buy items that come with cheap screws. I used a screwdriver to start and finished with my drill.The ONLY issue I had was trying to figure out how to attach what I thought was the “bottom” (part C in the online manual on this listing) The manual posted on this Amazon listing is for the non stackable yes 4 all plyo box.However, another reviewer posted the manual for this version and it appears that the extra piece sets on top of the top. There are screw holes that align with that.

I ordered 3 different sizes. I put the first one together, and it was great. It was all machine cut, so the tolerances are nice and tight. I love it. Then, I started on the next one. For each screw, there is supposed to be a large hole in the first piece of wood that the shaft of the screw slides through. Then, there is also supposed to be a smaller pilot hole in the second piece of wood that guides the screw into exactly the right place. My second and third box had zero pilot holes drilled anywhere. My friend put the second one together, not knowing that there were supposed to be pilot holes. It looks awful. The wood is all split and cracked. Nothing is lined up. I'm throwing it out. I will attempt to drill pilot holes for my third box, but it's going to be a lot of work with a jig and a drill press. It's not something that most people would be able to do on their own. Depending on how that goes, I might buy some more of these boxes, even knowing that I will need to do lots of drilling.

My daughter became a quadriplegic and we needed this to execute transfers from chair to bed/bed to chair. Tucks easily under her electric bed. We use it daily several times per day

Sturdy I would buy again, took 10min with DeWalt cordless drill, All they give You is a tiny Allen Wrench 28 screws that need sunk into ply wood only the surface peace is predrilled not peace your drilling into...it would take at least 1 hour with there tiny Allen Wrench..I'd strongly advise power tools!!!!

Could be better for the price

8インチ赤を購入。ネジは、付属の六角レンチ式のものではなく、IKEAネジ&電動ドライバーで組み立てました。ネジ穴はちゃんとありました。が、側面の板一枚上下逆につけてしまい、ドリルでネジ穴を切る羽目に、、。上部の板を取り付ける際のネジ穴の方向にご注意を。初めから若干汚れてたり、塗装めくれもあるんですけど、安定しています。セールで8800円位で購入。

I was given 3 different size screws, the wood was already chipped off, the grippy tape had a large spot that was smooth/missing the honeycomb design.The assembly instructions are also virtually non existent. The screws are meant to be put in with a hex key, but the holes aren't predrilled so if you don't predrill the holes then you will definitely split the wood because it's made of pressed wood. I didn't drill one of my holes big enough and it split the wood.Thankfully, I bought this as a training platform for my 20lb dog and it's good enough for that but I wouldn't recommend a full grown adult jumping on this with any kind of force.

I bought a 6” one and it was easy to assemble and had been predrilled so it line down up nicely. When my 12” one arrived it was NOT predrilled and if you used the Allen key to try and assemble it was not a good snug fit. Ended up having to use a drill to bore out all the holes as the particle board was cracking.Would not purchase again unless it was the predrilled version.

Using the 4inch with the Yes4All silencer pads in order to pull off the ground. The 4inch box is about 4.5 in reality and with their silencer pads, at 300+ the pads compress about 1.5inches. This means with the combo of 4inch box and 6inch pads it basically balances it out.I would have preferred a better finish on the top, it's plastic not rubber.
