Speed is much less than what they advertise.

This is a FANTASTIC product. I've been trying to solve my house wide WiFI issue for close to two years, and used equipment like Cisco extenders, TP-Link, D-Link, Netgear to no avail. My last attempt when I used TP-Link equipment resulted in DNS and MAC poisoning on the entire home network, with 2 NIC's so blasted that even a firmware reset couldn't fix the issue, and I had to trash all the TP-Link eqpt and buy new NIC's as well.I came across UniFi when a friend retweeted an ArsTechnica link on Twitter, giving a detailed review, read the extrnsive reviews later on Amazon and their Website, and thought 'what the heck, what more have i got to lose?' and went ahead and bought this. Since I was traveling for work, I was able to set this up only in end April 2016 at my home, a full month after it was delivered, but it took me 2 hours max to run the cabling and do a full setup. This is a thing of beauty!Pros:Super fast and terrific hand-off/ roaming capability.My home is 2 floors, 2500 sq ft on each floor with a large garden outside the house periphery. I set up one antenna on the ground floor and one on the first and for the first time in years I have full WiFI access all around the house!! This is absolutely insane!I haven't done too much tweaking, instead left the auto configurations on and the only thing I changed was the Admin username and passwords.Setup was a breeze.Cons:Just one as far as I've seen: The user documentation needs a little bit rework. Given that everything is online, I hope they can refresh it sooner.Example: When I set up the 2nd antenna, i spent close to 40 minutes trying to figure out why I wasn't able to discover it, inspite seeing it in the tool. Turns out, the documentation is vague enough to just say "point to the UniFi server'. There is no material on HOW TO accomplish this. Being a geek, helps that I managed to tinker about and figured this out. The age old aphorism 'Dear user, please use search and RTFM' doesn't help much because the manual is not perfectly written, but I hope this is fixed soonOne other thing: My UniFi shipment came WITHOUT a Quick Start guide hard copy, inspite of the manifest saying so. I've reached out to the vendor and still havent got any response, and it;s been over a month!

Best AP... no any kind of problem after 5 month... I m using pfsense with it
