Barron's Anatomy Flash Cards, 2nd Edition Second Edition

I love the flash cards. I am learning so much. I give props to the author of the cards. I am learning my anatomy so well. It's very easy to understand. Makes learning anatomy so much fun. Every detail is so clear. I picture myself looking inside the human body. It is definitely a blessing to learn with ease. I learn much faster with visual notes. I specifically pay attention to every detail. I love the way the cards are numbered. You can easily place the cards back to their positions. It is absolutely amazing to me. I am going at my own pace. I don't feel pressured to learn. I am taking my time. I want to know all about the human body. The flash cards are my "saving grace." I learned anatomy in school; however, if you don't keep it up, you will not remember. I am so glad I had this opportunity to study. I am 62 years old. I really feel privilege to be able to do this. Amazon is a very good website to purchase products. In my opinion, It is the very best. One day, I hope to make use of my education in anatomy. Thanks to Amazon, I will be able to fulfill my dreams. I went to Surgical Tech School. I graduated with a 3.98 grade point average. Right after I did my internship, I got sick. I never got a chance to get my job in the operating room. This is a come back for me. My father became ill. I promise him that I would take my test and get my good job. My father passed in November of 2010. I was devastated. I know that God will answer my prayer and grant me the opportunity to live my dream. Studying The Anatomy Flash Cards give me hope that someday I will be able to keep that promise to my father. The reason I love this flash card is, it is very effective for visual learners and they used hard papers for the flash card so it last longer for years, and I recommend this flash card for high school students, college students and anyone interested to learn about the anatomy of body parts

This should be very helpful for my college anatomy and physiology course. The first unit we are studying is histology (or cell types) which is not covered in these cards. I am printing out the example slides provided by the teacher and textbook and making my own cards for those, but this will be much faster for later units. The other three units will be over bones, muscles, and neurons - each of these are divided by section in box and the cards are colored by type as well.It also comes with a little bungee so you can put just the cards you are studying onto a ring to carry with you. Super handy. The inexpensive set is perfect for my needs.

These flash cards are great! They really help with my Anatomy class and are detailed enough without being overwhelming. The only problem I had was there was a duplicate card instead of the next sequence card I needed. I made do without. It was just weird.

clear colorful diagrams, has multiple diagrams of everything! i used them to make pretend lab practicals with a friend for studying. helpful for drilling terms and i didnt have to waste my time drawing out my own diagrams (even though this can be useful, i took human anatomy lab over summer and didn't want to spend my time drawing out diagrams when i could be practicing terms)

These flashcards are wonderful. Much better than I could ever possibly make myself and saved me any time I would waste on making them myself. They're a cheap price but not cheap quality. The cards are thin but very sturdy and filled with beautiful illustrations and great information.

If you are looking for simple anatomy flash cards then these are not it. These cards are very detailed. For example, a bone is named and then all the parts of the bone are named. Very detailed cards for health professionals in school or even those who are working and need reference material for anatomy. Excellent and I highly recommend them.

What I have discovered is that I really hate using the cards themselves. They don't help me at all for the fact that I have to flip it over to tell me what something is. I suppose it's something in the way my brain works but that just frustrates me. The online cards that you get the code to access with these are wonderful though. They display a card with just the numbers and lines pointing to stuff and then allow you to simply hover your mouse over a number to reveal the name of the part. That just works better for me so I can try to drill myself without the names or quickly hover over a part to remind myself. It's just nicer that way. Not turning the cards over is not me being lazy but I feel it has to do more with my learning style that I can just see what the name is when I have the part on the screen. I have yet to learn if you can get the online card code by itself from the website because that would be kinda nice.

I bought these for a friend studying nursing and he found them very helpful. The cards are extremely detailed and well-printed with vibrant colours.

I am a reflexology student, learning A & P, these are probably more in depth than I need, however will be a great revision tool. I have already learnt a lot from them.
