Get scratches so easily

We made the unfortunate mistake of using a scotch brite pad to wipe the cups and they are now permanently scratched and foggy. They are definitely sturdy though and have a wide opening so they are easy to clean and don’t seem to stain from juice or milk etcUpdated to add that within a month of use (and solely hand washing) 3 of the cups have cracked in the base so badly that they now leak liquids and have had to be recycled because there is no fixing it. NOT happy.

I thought this would be good but its not. Its more akin to something you would take camping as appose to something you would have in your kitchen. I have these big ice cubes and when i put them in it it makes a huge cracking sound and it makes me think its gonna break.

Initially I loved the look of them but the bottom of my glasses started splitting after a couple months. They weren’t dropped or hit. Poor quality. Too late to return. I’ve thrown out 2 so far.

Nice size tumblers but soon developed cracks and leaks in the base and have had to throw out three of them in just five months
