A great budget option that performs with excellence
This roof vent was simple to install, easy to wire and it's really easy to use. It looks good from outside the van too.The downsides were few but were:1. The remote control has buttons for FORWARD and REVERSE but it's not clear that FORWARD is for extracting air and REVERSE is to draw it in.2. There was no indication that pressing the FORWARD/REVERSE buttons multiple times increased the speed - I discovered this by accident.3. I feel there should be some kind of lubricant on the raising and lowering mechanism but there's no advice on what this should be.I stress that none of the points above should detract you from buying. This is a really good piece of kit and well worth the money.

Does what is say on the box
easy to install and weasy to operatescrews to small to use, but part from that, i cant complain,not had to use rain sensor yet, but time will tellonly down side is no vent cover to block outlight

remote lasted 2 months, unit -1 year
Would not buy again. Remote stopped working almost immediately, The roof vent only lasted a year then the worm gear worn itself smooth and stuck. the buttons are membrane and are very easily broken.

Poor
Poor product, remote never worked and fan fell apart after only two weeks use. Never really worked properly and can’t now close it. So does not do the job it was bought for. I suggest know one buys this fan.

It didn't work it broke after 3 weeks
Really not happy. We spent so much money on this fan. The electric hasn't worked in it and I live in my van so its been really annoying. Upset with amazon because they won't replace it. Don't waste your money guys.

Really good
The media could not be loaded. Really good roof vent fan.I inspected it after receiving before I fitted it in and straight away on delivery I could see how good it is.The quality is absolutely amazing. Very sturdy and very well made, yet very lightweight.It was very easy to fit.Remote control works perfectly fine.The fan works great. Great size.I'm very happy with it!
