Reebok RB4037 is the best safety shoes for almost every industries
As someone working in construction and building management, I bought the RB4037 back in May 2023 as my go-to work shoe. I absolutely love it—I’ve been wearing it almost every day since October 2023, and even now, it’s holding up great and still just as comfortable as I expected. I prefer slip-on shoes over lace-ups because they’re easy to put on and require no fuss when it comes to maintenance. Definitely a solid choice!

Best safety shoe I ever bought!
This is my second pair of these safety work shoes. You can see the old pair next to the new pair in the photo. I’m a large man of over 300 pounds. I work 60 hours a week as a mechanic, on my feet all day and walk on average 8,000 steps a day. Sometimes 10,000. I work in the printing industry so these shoes see an extreme amount of corrosive substances. If I don’t put shoes to the test, no one does. These are the best most comfortable shoes of their kind that I’ve tried and I’ve been doing this type of work for 30 years. As wrecked as the old pair look, they were still ok under my feet. But if I have to buy a pair every year, no problem. I get reimbursed up to 100 dollars and these are under a hundred. First pair I bought were 100 bucks so they’ve gone down in price! Even better! I can’t say enough about them. And the size I need is what I order so no guessing on the fit. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a great safety worn shoe to put a lot of miles on.

Comfortable, lightweight
Excellent shoes. Comfortable, light weight, decent looking for a safety shoe. The big issue I have is putting them on. The tong tends to roll down at the top and fold under as I insert my foot. This isn't a giant issue and I just reach in and pull the tong out and I am good. But I have several other slip on shoes that don't have this issue.

More comfortable than my casual shoes
These work shoes are nice because they don't look like work shoes, they slip on and off easily and they are lightweight. I hear people say that work shoes are never comfortable and I think: you must not have tried these ones! I opted for the more tennis shoe style but they also have an all-leather version.I still see a few people saying they are uncomfortable and the only thing I can think is that it must be a fit problem because there's no way it could be an actual comfort problem. Unfortunately, these shoes do not come in wide or narrow sizes. The one thing I will say is that I bought these shoes 2 years ago in a 9.5 and accidentally bought them in a 10 which is usually my size and comparing the two side by side they are the EXACT same size. I'm thinking they may have used to run slightly large and they changed their sizing to be more true to size in that time period between purchases. Just an FYI for anybody re-ordering.

Disappointment
I am 6'3" 250 lbs. and on my feet all day. I am looking for a safety shoe that does not sacrifice comfort. It appears shoe manufacturers can do one or the other. After a week of wearing these shoes I spent the weekend recovering. I thought maybe these shoes needed an extended break in period. By the next Wednesday my coworkers were concerned because I was visibly in pain. At this point I gave up and ordered a different shoe. Reebok please do better.

Comfortable and Light
I really like these they are light and comfortable I usually wear a 11w. I ordered a 11.5 W. Fit is perfect I have worked a few days in them and my feet didn’t get tired or achy I don’t know on durability yet even if they only last 6 months I’ll order them again

Most comfortable alloy-toe safety shoe ever. Highly recommended.
I got these Reeboks after a different brand of stiff, thin-soled, slip-on alloy-toe work shoes absolutely wrecked my knees & feet (am doing CM for various project types, much on rough terrain). I started feeling better immediately after wearing these. After a few months, knees & feet are fine. Great shoes. Durability is excellent. Tip: I switched out the Reebok insoles for something a bit thicker and firmer. I have been doing construction and CM for 30 years. These are the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever worn.
