Could be better
Returned a different make previously, and then ordered this, its fine ...except, the locking device seldom works, so pull the hose out, which has quite strong resistance to being pulled out, then let the hose back....does it lock...NO, and you do it again and again, and eventually it will lock. When finished hold the nozzle as it returns, because if you unlock it from the unit it comes back at an alarming speed, and flays about till rewound. Would NOT recommend this product.

This is not a light weight flimsy hose reel, it’s more Garage quality very sturdy & heavy.

Didn't last 5 mins
Hooked up to a karcher pressure washer, tested and the hose burst. sent back for a refund. The hose cannot handle high pressure water as stated

Great quality. Looks awesome
Great quality so far and value for money. It is easy to install. Comes with 3/8" threads. Sealey do a reducer which Amazon sells to convert it down to 1/4" for the fittings I already have. I'm using industrial PCL fittings and it all works great. Very happy so far I get a lot of positive comments on how it looks.
