As the wife of a guy who participates in a competitive motor sport, I am no stranger to preparing race jerseys/t-shirts for him using iron on lettering. I can say unequivocally that these are the very worst ones I have used to date. They are paper thin, come with no instructions for the uninitiated (you’ll have to look here on Amazon for very pared down directions), the edges peel from the fabric when you remove the plastic sheeting after letting the fabric cool down, and no matter how many times you iron the letters back down, the edges peel. I am probably going to have to take a few discreet stitches here and there to tack those loose edges down, which sort of defeats the purpose of using iron on products. I was using t-shirts with a 90% cotton, 10% polyester mix, so there was plenty of cotton in the shirts to help these letters “stick” but they just didn’t very well on the edges. Just to experiment, I got out an old 100% cotton t-shirt of my husband’s and practiced with odd letters that I didn’t need, and the same thing happened—peeling edges, even with repeated ironing, cooling down, etc. To top it all off, there was only ONE letter “D” included with these, even though the product description claims there are three of each letter. For the second competition t-shirt, I had to fashion a “D” the best I could with the stem of a “P” and then part of a “Q” (these are squarish letters, so it was doable.) Also, both “R”’s I used were a tad shorter than the other letters; not terribly noticeable but thought I’d mention it.These letters were such a headache and caused a job that should have taken me maybe a half hour to go more like an hour and a quarter, and I will STILL have to get out the sewing basket! Never again will I order these cheaply made, poorly executed iron on letters!

Need to iron on some kids names onto some shirts. These were easy to use. Would buy again.

Claims it has iron-on letters and numbers. Has the letters, but does not have the numbers, which is what I was buying it for. I'll have to return.
