Good as new
Ordered a "open box" single bar. No dings or scratches whatsoever. Good as new.

Damaged Open Package Refused
Package was damaged and open. Refused delivery and shipper left with package. Now I have nothing and Amazon, shipper, and NUND have my money. Very poor experiance. Still no action by anyone after over a week.

As expected.
Looks like a standard pole with a propective coating cut as needed for length. Nothing really to say about it.

Good Price
Gave 5 star rating because perfect fit for yakima system, Packaging was damaged but product remained intact, Fast delivery. The ends were somewhat rough looking but not a problem after installing Yakima end plugs.

Longevity Issues
Arrived fairly quick and as described. They do not last two years in the Florida/Georgia sun. This is my third replacement cross bars in 6 years. The plastic will eventually split and separate from the bar. Bad design or material choice? The end caps are impossible to find unless you wait 4-5 weeks for delivery so I used chair leg cushions from the local hardware store.

End caps not included
The bars are great but there are no end caps. That is totally fine, but the seller should state that on the product details The picture suggests that end caps are included, so it should be stated if they are not included. I will change this to 5 stars if the seller fixes that issue so other people are not paying for what they didn't order.

Beware You Are Buying Just One (1) Crossbar
Buyer beware. You are buying only one crossbar. I should have been more careful in reading the product description but I assumed I was getting 2. Who would be buying just one???
