It's the BEST investment in cooking!!!
I love this pot!!!! My dishes come out amazing! I'm a health coach, and cooking in a Terra Cotta pot is very healthy for you. Clay is alkaline in nature and it interacts with the acidity in the food. It's neutralising the pH balance and eventually making food healthier and a lot tastier. It also makes sure the fat doesn't go rancid.
