My son purchased these for us for Christmas. I ended up buying a set for my brother. They stay sharp for a long time.

The knife set has been very nice to use and handle. Easy to clean, the sharp edge has retained its initial sharpening since purchase.The handles are a little smaller than a typical knife (hard to quantify) but are still very good in grip and when cutting. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and as a beginner set it has been very great to use.

Love this set!! It's sturdy, lightweight and beautifully crafted. The only issue I have is I was sent 3 steak knives instead of the 6 the set is supposed to come with. I was able to contact the seller and they were prompt in their response. I was told the missing knives would be sent, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Fingers crossed they arrive or I'll be returning it.

On the website it says that this set comes with 1 Santoku Knife 5" knife but the set doesn't come with one and it doesn't say it on the box. The handles are all stainless steel with a black coating on it for non slip. Very sharp knives. The handles could be a little longer.
