These are big. These are also quality and soft. I am happy to recommend these to someone who is being looked after and is a person who spends most time lying down. These will be easy for someone else to change and, being spacious, these will ensure there are no leaks. I cannot use them for the purpose I thought these might work - for heavy periods. Simply because changing these on oneself is an issue, and because these are simply not suited for that purpose - these are large, allowing space for comfort when the body needs to be relaxed and calm (like in 'not moving'). These are soft and the sticky parts stick well and can be resealed once opened. Overall, a great product for the intended purpose.

Just a bit smaller than expected. I would say these are more like mediums not large. Still ok. Some I have bought have been a bit bigger and fit better. Had to guess how much they would absorb as the package doesn't actually say.

These are medium size adult slips that are vadicalky like adjustable pants with sticky tabs.Being a Nurse I've seen thousands of these in thirty years so I was hoping for something innovative.Unfortunately there's no innovation as they're basic pads with leak walls inside.The cut isn't the best and the legs don't stretch that much so they're tight and uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to sit in these all day.Once you apply the tabs you can adjust them but only as far as where you stuck the base tab.There is nothing really that stretchy on these. The waist and side panels aren't stretch but there is some elastic at the top and although there is some elastic on the legs but it's not much.I poured a little water with food colouring in to see absorbency. It completely filled the padding and was really obvious through the outer plastic although it didn't leak out.These would be ok if the fit was better and more comfortable. I think more elastic would be much better. The price is quite good for these but I think it's obvious they're on the cheaper end of the market.

I have to be honest, as a daily user of incontinence products I was very disappointed with these.They are uncomfortable, rather like a giant nappy and very noticeable under clothing. When they get wet they become big and bulky and the tabs are not as strong as I would like.Overall whilst these are cheaper than ones I currently use, it is obvious in the product that they are just not up to the standard I want from this type of product. They lack elastic in the places that would make them comfortable and the sheer bulkiness when worn puts me off completely.They would probably be ok for someone who was bed bound or not used to going out and about as then the appearance under clothing would not be such a problem but for me personally they just aren’t right.I hope that this review has been helpful to you in deciding whether this is the right product for you.

Amazon Basic Care ist ein diskreter Windelslip für Erwachsene, er hat zwar nicht die größte Saugleistung aber dennoch für einen kurzen Stadtbummel oder ähnliches nützlich, da er eine Textilähnliche Oberfläche hat (somit nicht knistert) und sehr dünn ist. Sie lässt sich sehr bequem tragen und die Vier Klebeverschlüsse halten auch noch nach Gebrauch!
