Little Kids First Big Book of Bugs

My son loves it, he enjoys every page and enjoys it more when he sees the real insects and matches what he saw in the book with real life. The material of the book is user friendly and safe.

It is great, we had the big book of space and my youngest loves bugs too so I got this for his birthday. I love the way the little kids big books explain everything with breaks of little games and questions for them to do throughout but my only issue with this is that it is clearly made for American kids. Ladybirds and woodlice are ladybugs and rollie pollies for example. Other than that the pictures are so detailed and it is still a great book for bug lovers.

Nice big book, I bought it for the kid next door, he was a 5 year old Latvian kid who had only moved to England a couple of years earlier, so his English wasn't the best. Every time I went into the back garden he would stand on something and talk to me over fence, asking me what everything was called. This was perfect for him.

I bought this for my 3 years old son who was introduced bugs at nursery. Though it is not a bug book for them to understand very well, but with the real picture and one game you can play with your children at the end of each chapter. I also bough the sea animals after I bought this. Both good!

My 2 yr old loves this book and has been learning so many new words from it! She's obsessed with butterflies and now knows the life cycle which she finds fascinating! We keep going back to this book and hopefully she will be reading it by herself soon! Planning to use it to teach her to read too.

Haven't seen this myself directly as it was a gift sent direct to my 1year old God granddaughter (daughter of my Godson). But according to her parents she loves it. Her father reads passages from it to her - and her parents reackon it is a super book.
