Happiest I have ever been with a laptop. Use it for office work and casual gaming. It's not a crazy powerful gaming laptop but for the price I am totally happy.

Fan is really loud! But runs smoothly!
It runs great. Plays Baldur's Gate 3 really well. Everything still runs smoothly even while downloading. I plan to use this for gaming and video editing so it's perfect for that. My only gripes so far is that the fan is really loud even when I'm not doing anything with it. I'm wondering if there's a setting where I can make the fan not so loud? Or if that would be detrimental to how the laptop runs? And lastly, you get what you pay for with the 1TB storage. I only have three games installed and it takes up just over 1/4 of storage. You'll definitely need to focus on either gaming OR video editing because you can't do both or they'll take up all your storage. If anything, get an external hard drive. There also isn't a built in card reader which would have been useful for video editing so you'll also have to buy an external card reader. Other than that, this laptop leans more towards gaming obviously but the 32gb hard drive and i7 processor is useful for other projects too but to a lesser extent.

2nd gaming laptop I’ve owned
It’s a good laptop. Don’t expect max graphic settings in game though. Even so I still enjoy my new laptop immensely.

Disappointed
I should have held out for a better laptop. Buttons are falling off. Don't buy it.

Way slower than a 4 year old Lenovo running Intel core i7?????
This machine is way slower on uploading and downloading from the internet? I gave my wife the old computer, a Lenovo Y700 w/i7, and it is embarrassing to watch how much quicker it does everything than this supposed "beast" of a gaming computer! I've not added any software or apps and have actually removed McAfee, which is irritating as F**K due to the constant pop ups telling you how great the McAfee is making your computer work. Everything about this computer feels "cheap" and "lower cost". I wish I could return it for a refund. Pretty lights on the mouse though.
