How does stuff like this get onto Amazon marketplace? First use the coupler melted, stunk the kitchen out. We do not own a microwave the size of the large hadron collider, this is a bog standard appliance.Now have to go to the expense of finding a replacement from a reputable supplier and the bother of dismantling the microwave to clear out the remnants of this useless piece of junk.Have not bothered contacting the seller for a refund, it'll be 4 quid well spent to warn other prospective buyers to stay well away.Edit: took about an hour to get the base of the microwave off and remove the melted remnants of the spindle, couldn't fish it out of the hole the coupler sits in as the melted spindle had mushroomed and I couldn't fish it out of the hole. Put it all back together and tried the 2nd coupler in the middle of the (obviously not rotating) glass turntable, around 2 and a half minutes and it started to melt.

good n to know you can get anything as small as that on amozon. no shops dont want to know.
